Alpha Aviation offers specialized defence and aviation advice, as well as the provision of highly qualified helicopter pilots and rearcrew for short or long-term assignments in the UK or overseas. Additionally, Alpha Aviation creates bespoke aviation software for use by professional pilots.

We are presently contracted to several large multi-national companies to provide advice on the software development of complex military mission planning systems for military helicopters and multi-engined aircraft as well as the teaching and execution of helicopter tactics in non-permissive environments.  Alpha Aviation has been selected to provide instructional staff to deliver tactics training to European military helicopter crews, to be delivered through AgustaWestland and commencing in 2011 at a new facility at RAF Linton-on-Ouse.

Alpha Aviation is also proud to be UK Sales Agent for Virtual Simulation Systems Ltd, and in particular for their Complete Aircrew Training System.  We are in the process of delivering this state-of-the-art Virtual Reality training equipment to the UK Ministry of Defence.  These devices will revolutionise how basic and advanced helicopter rear-crew skills are taught in the UK, from voice marshalling through to airborne helicopter gunnery against realistic targets in complicated and exceptionally realistic tactical scenarios.
